Hi Lindsey, thanks for visiting again. Yes, she sure is guilty. She didn't do anything too naughty. It was an accident, of course, but she stunk out the classroom and the teacher has figured out who did it. so she's embarrassed and blushing. But of course she's outsmarted them as usual. They can't prove it was her and no way can she own up to it. She'd never here the end of it.
LOL. True story. It happened to me, aged six. LOL. To find out, you'll have to read the book. Due out in a couple of weeks. LOL.
I'm glad I captured the guilty look. I took a whole day and night to get this picture just right. and also the first one. That is her winning smile as she outsmarts the mean teacher yet again at the end of the story.
I'll be posting more illustrations as I do them. Next, it will be more Gertie.
